FAQ

Can I inquire if only have product concepts, sketches, existing samples, but not complete drawings?

Yes. Even before the final drawings are completed, you can still provide sketches, photos, existing samples, estimated dimensions, and the intended use of the part to allow the technical team to make an initial assessment of potentially suitable materials and processes.

It is recommended to also specify the part's operating environment, load type, estimated quantity, lifespan requirements, and target cost. If verification of the shape or function is required first, you can also evaluate creating a pre-mold sample using metal 3D printing before deciding whether to proceed with powder metallurgy or metal injection molding for mass production. Taiwan's Paulaite currently also uses metal 3D printing for early prototyping and pre-mold verification in MIM (Metal Injection Molding).
